Where Ancient meets Modern Life​

Starting on 2 March, 2025, the Cathedral introduces Connect@5,
a fresh expression of Anglican worship design for today's spiritual seekers.

​​About the service

Connect@5 weaves together the richness of the Anglican liturgical tradition with modern worship music, multimedia elements, and authentic community connection. Whether you're new to church or seeking a different way to worship, you'll find a welcoming space to explore faith, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships.

Features include

  • Contemporary worship music blending modern songs with reimagined hymns

  • Accessible liturgy that maintains theological depth

  • Quarterly Eucharist with a community meal, and small group connections

  • Modern multimedia presentations

  • Casual, welcoming atmosphere

in the intimate setting of the Synod Hall.

Children's group​

The Children’s Group is held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday each month at the 10am service.

Stories and activities will come from the Bible, with particular focus on the Parables of Jesus,
and the seasons of Christmas and Easter.

 

Run by Carole and Rod Cochrane.

All children are welcome to attend.
