The Anglican Diocese of Ballarat
49 Lydiard Street South, Ballarat

Two of Ballarat’s best classical music ensembles collaborate for the first time in a concert at the Cathedral Church of Christ the King, 49 Lydiard Street South, on Sunday 22 May at 2.30pm.
Ballarat Choral Society and Klemantyne Ensemble will present An 18th Century Sampler - a concert for strings, organ and choir, with music ranging mainly from Telemann to Beethoven. A key work, Haydn’s “Little Organ Mass” combines both groups with organist Beverley Philips.
There will also be a touch of the 20th century with a work by Holst performed by Klemantyne Ensemble.
After such a long period with little live music, admission has been set at a low $15 and afternoon tea will be served in the Synod room after the concert.
We look forward to a very pleasant afternoon of music.
