The Cathedral has a long established musical tradition. It is led by our Director of Music, Mrs Lyndell Allen supported by our Cathedral Organist, Mr Leigh Askew. On a weekly basis, we have around 12-15 volunteers whose voices enrich the liturgy at the Cathedral. In addition to a monthly Choral Evensong, they also support us in other services e.g. Annual Requiem Mass, Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, ordinations etc.
